Aaron Lundberg works with leadership of large-scale human service organizations across the United States to develop, implement, and monitor abuse prevention policies and training programs. He supervises Praesidium’s team of account managers and has trained thousands of direct care workers, supervisors, administrators, and parents in preventing the sexual abuse of children and vulnerable adults. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in social work from The University of Texas at Arlington, Lundberg has conducted extensive research in the etiology, scope, and prevention of abuse in residential treatment centers.
Dr. Hyatt has over 35 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with more than 30 years dedicated to healthcare risk management and ethics. A committed advocate for vulnerable populations, he has managed complex sexual abuse crisis situations and investigations, coordinated teams, and navigated these challenging circumstances within both healthcare and insurance settings.
Rebecca recently joined Lockton as a highly accomplished healthcare legal and risk management expert. In her previous position, she served as Chief Risk Officer at Children’s National Hospital and previously had a distinguished legal career at Grace Hollis Lowe Hanson & Schaefer. Rebecca is a former president of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and has been recognized as a Business Insurance Women to Watch, ASHRM Risk Manager of the Year, Risk & Insurance All Star, and RIMS Risk Manager of the Year.
 Sharon Layden is a Risk Manager and National Healthcare Practice consultant with Lockton Insurance Brokers, LLC. She has a career of over 30 years spanning healthcare, risk management and insurance. She provides comprehensive risk management service to variety of healthcare clients including acute care hospitals, home health care, hospice, and long-term care/skilled nursing facilities. Sharon also has experience with assisted living organizations and providers for the developmentally disabled and mentally ill.
